What to Expect on Your First Visit to our Chiropractic Office

 The first important step is discussing your symptoms and evaluating your health history. The consultation reveals how your particular health problems may have developed. Your healthcare options will be discussed.

 A thorough examination will help us to understand your condition. The examination will include a complete spinal and postural evaluation, strength and mobility tests and non-invasive orthopedic and neurological tests. Our primary objectives are to relieve your pain quickly and restore your health.

 An x-ray is like a life-sized blueprint of your spine. We have state of the art equipment and use low dosage techniques. First, we identify any signs of pathology, then structure and spinal alignment are assessed for subluxations. You are welcome to bring previous films with you for evaluation.

 The doctor will review all of the exam findings and analyze the x-rays. Once a diagnosis is made, a treatment plan is developed to ensure a speedy recovery. You will return the following day for your Report of Findings. This is when the doctor will explain in detail your recommended care plan. It will include chiropractic adjustments and possibly some form of physical therapy. From this point on, your regular office visit will last approximately 15-20 minutes.
