Directions for
the 21-day Detoxification/Weight Loss Program
Supplements for Week One:

SP Complete Shake -- 3 times per day. Use as meals, eat a salad or veggies if still hungry:

1 - 1 1/2 cups of fruit or suit to
taste

1/2 - 1 Glass of Water

1 Tablespoon flaxseed oil

1 teaspoon wheat germ oil

2 rounded scoops of SP Complete powder

Meals

Eat fresh, raw, organic fruits and vegetables, particularly
green, leafy vegetables. any vegetables may be eaten on the diet, except corn, peas and potatoes (NO kind of potato allowed: white, sweet or yams.) Salads can have unlimited fresh vegetables including red, yellow, and green peppers, along with onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, mixed greens, etc. NO buts, seeds, or beans. May use salad dressing made from flaxseed oil or olive oil combined with lemon juice, balsamic vinegar or raw apple cider vinegar and seasoned with garlic.
