Directions for the Standard Process Purification Program 

   Supplements for Week One:

  •   7 Capsules SP Cleanse 3x/day (21/day total), and
  •   3 Capsules GastroFiber 3x/day with SP Complete Shake before meals (9/day)

Supplements for Week Two and Three:

  •   3 Capsules GastroFiber 3x/day  (9/day), and
  •   5 Capsules Sp GreenFood 2x/day (10/day) with SP Complete Shake before meals

SP Complete Shake -- take before meals or as a meal replacement:

  •   1 - 1 1/2 cups of fruit or suit to taste
  •   1/2 - 1 Glass of Water
  • 1 Tablespoon flaxseed oil (or 4 Sesame Oil perles taken with each shake)
  • 1 teaspoon wheat germ oil
  • 2 rounded scoops of SP Complete powder

*** NOTE: NO BEVERAGE FOR 1 HOUR AFTER SHAKES AND MEALS ***

Meals

  • Eat fresh, raw, organic fruits and vegetables, particularly green, leafy vegetables.  Red, yellow, and green peppers, along with onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, mixed greens, etc. can also be added to your salads.  Salads can have unlimited fresh vegetables.  No salad dressing or nuts, seeds, beans, etc.
  • Steamed vegetables are recommended with your salad at dinner (steam for 4 minutes):

 Kale  Celery  
 Broccoli  Zucchini  
 Swiss Chard  Asparagus  
 Brussel Sprouts  Cauliflower  
 Cabbage and Onions  String Beans  
 Okra    

 Red Beets -- steam for 5-10 minutes, or eat raw.  Use beet greens in salad after washing

  •    Water and green tea are the only beverages

Additional Recommendations

  • Diet should be made up of 20% fruit and 80% vegetables
  • Exercise and sweat daily
  • Drink plenty of water each day.  Wait for 1 hour after shakes and meals.
  • SP Complete can be taken as a meal replacement.
